So I tweeted BBCShop last week to ask when we’d be able to pre-order the Special dvd/blu ray here in the U.S. (since the U.K. version is available for pre-order already). They replied today and said, “It’s still in the works here, but we will definitely be releasing it.” Not a super informative response, but it’s nice that they replied at all. :)
