BBG Week 1 - Legs & Cardio I took my 4-week progress photo today and I'm rather disappointed not to see more progress. I'm going to assume it's because I was doing pre-training (which was totally necessary) and that last week I didn't get much LISS done because of national holidays. Also, is it my imagination or are Burpees getting easier? I know I'm getting stronger so I'm going to keep going but I hope the next pics show the difference that I'm feeling. #bbgjapan
