I’m officially done with my second year at school! Now I finally have time to get my body back on track. This was my first day of my new body building program and I can barely stand after that workout 😓😅 I can’t wait to have awesome transformation photos to share!! Cheers to the rest of the week!
Hey ladies! Thought I’d give a little update. I had a really good holiday, and managed to stay vegan with not one cheat! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I bought this fitness program called Body by Madeline Giorgetta (BBMG) which is just a 12 week gym based weightlifting and booty program. Since I loved the motivating factor and the structure of BBG, but hated the focus on cardio and plyometric movements, I figured this program would be awesome. My favorite part about it is that it lets you join a private Facebook group with just women who have bought the program, and who all have similar questions as me and have so much knowledge! It’s so helpful, and I love the positive community! I’m only on day 2, so I’ll let you know how that goes. So far, I’m very very sore. Also - I started taking pre workout and BCAAs, (vegan of course, the brand I got was Vega). They taste horrible but the preworkout definitely hyped me up. I managed to mix the post workout with lacroix mango and it tastes so much better. I’m gonna try and share my new smoothie tomorrow - which I make with a new Vega flavor I just bought - stay tuned! Hope you ladies are killing it this new year!! Let me know what your resolutions are PLEASE I’m dying to hear them! ❤️😊

Lately I’ve been juicing fresh grapefruit in the morning for my breakfast & it’s my favorite thing ever 😋 also I just finished week 1 of bbmg and my arms are aching, my hands are blistered, and my legs are sore. I’d say that’s a success 💪🏼 I’m excited to see if I make any progress in the coming weeks. I’m still in a calorie surplus, nothing crazy just averaging around 2400-2500 calories a day with lots of protein and carbs. In the hopes of growing a bigger booty before I slim down in April 😍
