Experience the convenience of quick and easy meals with these Grilled BBQ Pork Chops. Whether on the grill, smoker, crock pot, or oven, these chops are a delicious and versatile option for any cooking method.
Ingredients: 4 pork chops. 1 cup BBQ sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them with BBQ sauce. This will make a marinade. Put the pork chops in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again, and pour half of the marinade over them. Cover the pork chops completely, and then let them sit in the marinade for at least 30 minutes or overnight for even better flavor. Keep half of the marinade aside to baste the meat while it's cooking on the grill. Take the pork chops out of the marinade and throw away the marinade. Cook the pork chops on the grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until they reach 145F 63C on the inside. During the last few minutes of cooking, baste the meat with the marinade that you saved. After cooking, give the pork chops a moment to rest before you serve them. If you want, you can sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top, and then enjoy these quick and easy grilled BBQ pork chops!
