Sous vide risotto (90C/25min) with rosemary, garlic and peas topped with sous vide Thai curry, coconut, lime and cilantro (60.0c/60min, from frozen) garnished with chives. Although tasty the risotto needs work. I didn't expect the starch release when reheating and my usual amount of cheese made it more gummy. I used a 3/1 rice to chicken stock ratio.
