Low Carb just means more room for some of my other no/low carb favorites! Today we had some BBQ Roast Pork (Char Siu) and Roast Pork Belly (Siu Ji Yuk) from Chinatown in NYC. So delicious. If you're eating low carb or keto you just have to watch out for dishes that have sauces like the BBQ Roast Pork we have. Although it wasn't sweet, there are carbs which can add up after having just a few ounces. I had about 10 carbs from the amount I ate.
