Zuchinni topped with Mozzarella I made this in the air fryer but you can bake it in the oven too. In the airfryer I had to cook half the zuchinni, then the other half because it couldn't all fit at once. Ingredients 250g of zuchinni (one medium-large zucchini) sliced 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness. 4 oz Mozzarella 1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp Olive oil Instructions 1. Toss zuchinni in olive oil and sprinkle with the salt and garlic powder. 2. Lay zuchinni in a single layer on a pan or on foil in the airfryer. 3. Set to airfryer to 325F for 10 minutes. 4. Sprinkle mozzarella over the slices. 5. Put back in for 4 minutes, or until browned. 6. Take out and enjoy. Be careful as it will be a little hot.
