She’d finally caught up to Terra, only to find him on trial for trying to steal a heart. There had to be some kind of misunderstanding, right? Sure, Aqua had heard worrying rumors about Terra’s behavior up until now, rumors that definitely demanded an explanation. It...wasn’t even the first accusation against him stealing hearts.
But that didn’t mean Aqua was about to let him get beheaded.
A quick Megaflare took care of the advancing card monsters (Unversed were strange, but these were pushing strangest). She hadn’t given Terra a chance to argue; she’d just grabbed his wrist and started running for it. The shouts of the pursuers faded into the bizarre forest she found them in.
“What was that about??” she demanded.
