Oh, and I got tagged by @ask-a-colt-and-his-fox to post 20 facts about “me”, so I put that in the read more in case you’re interested.
20 facts about me, but it’s about the blogging me, so don’t expect it to be about me!
1. I usually don’t like talking about myself on my blogs. Maybe on my modblog and my game-development blog, but not on other ones. I like to keep it professional, making sure this blog is truly about a bunch of bunnies.
2. I have (had) about five blogs. Firstly I have had a Pokémon ask-blog (1)
3. And I’ve had a My Little Pony-oc ask-blog (2) (which I both don’t update and no I’m not linking my old art: I’m already ashamed of my current art. If you’re that interested you can find them pretty easily).
4. I sort of have a mod-blog (3) for personal things, but I haven’t updated it for a long time and I’m not on it pretty much at all.
5. Then there’s my game-dev blog (4) where I’ll be doing lots of things.
6. And lastly there’s Buncha Bunnies (5), but you’re probably on there right now.
7. I’ve said it before, but stressing it won’t hurt: I hate Tumblr’s scheduling mechanic, though I’m thankful it exists.
8. I have been drawing for a long time, but I’ve never actually invested time into learning it. What I mean is that I’ve never been one to care much for anatomy, shading, clean line-art etc.
9. I’ve always let my work get carried by my writing, which is my main creative outlet. I’m shifting moreso to making games now though.
10. I want to learn how to draw properly nowadays, partly due to the making games thing.
11. So expect some human(oid)s on this blog, because I wanna draw ‘em.
12. I don’t use swears on Buncha Bunnies, though I wouldn’t exactly call this blog child-friendly due to the subject matter/characters. I just don’t think it’s necessary for my characters to swear.
13. I actually planned on trying to make money off of this blog. After some time, some research and some looking at my page-visiting-numbers, I realized that was even more of a pipe dream than I initially thought, so I went back to... Well, nothing actually changed. It’s only for fun now.
14. This blog has taught me a lot, mostly about characterization and how important it is.
15. If you ever see me using photos in my drawings (like the one in this post): they’re from Google, but the search is filtered so that the images that turn up are free to be used and modified in any way.
16. I sometimes forget to put my autograph onto pictures. Not like anyone’s going to steal them though :B
17. I actually don’t know what I want to do with the bunny Edge. I didn’t flesh out their character enough during conception, but I really like their design >:(
18. I should be making references for the bunnies...
19. I have a specific and I believe quite different way of reading blogs due to my schedule: I look at my dash or whatever and realize the existence of a blog I’m following. This makes it so I go to their blog and read it from the last point I remember. And then I like a lot of their posts in one go. So if you were wondering why you suddenly got a ton of likes from me, now you know.
20. I don’t know anyone to tag. I don’t interact much. But oh well here goes nothing hopeyadontmind:
