What’s Rina’s relationships with the other toys like?
(I'm assuming you mean other canon named characters, she knows approx. 2 other OCs but I didn't include them)
Rina really doesn't know like, anyone until way later, not until she returns from the caves fulltime, and because she's a mini her immediate opinion on anyone bigger than her is "stay out of their way or die probably"

Despite the Prototype stating outwardly that she doesn't get any special protections for being one of his favorites (below poppy, of course), anyone that knows him in any capacity knows there's a little dirty garbage creature that if you kill it you die, even if they don't know Rina specifically
Eventually she does end up meeting and being on friendly-ish terms with most of his circle
She really likes Yarnaby, for being soft and a good nap spot. Yarnaby likes the extra attention.
And over time she becomes friends with Lily. Rina never got reconditioned (or if she did it wasn't for long enough to stick, not that that matters since she had no memories anyway) so she doesn't know who Gracie is or really cares since Gracie never hurt her in particular.
I headcanon that the prototype is a bit sweeter on Lily than we see, but also that he gets stupid jealous. He's glad they're getting along but thinks their "girls nights" are a waste of time when they could be spending time with him instead.
Rina tends to stay away from Sawyer, but doesn't mind interacting with him if she has to. Not that she thinks he'll hurt her (he's told her that only a stupid man would try anything with who's pet she is), but she thinks he's just weird. He doesn't particularly enjoy her company anyway. He appreciates her spending time with yarnaby though.
Ahem. Catnap scawy. She doesn't meet him formally until after her like, actual plot story starts. But when she does, their relationship is "she runs and hides, and he scares the shit out of her for fun"
Her relationship with Poppy is actually what her plot story that I haven't written yet is about. Basically a canon divergence where Angel doesn't arrive (yet) and Rina accidentally lets her out ahead of time, and is ordered to protect poppy with Rina's life. Poppy's always been his favorite after all
Farther than that I haven't really thought about it, but I would assume short of someone trying to take her life she's ambivalent at worst to them
