Really not a fan of that storyline I'm also not a big fan of Batman Beyonds/ BTAS universe in general it's got one too many things that get on my nerves (you know making Jason but calling him Tim, not including most of the bats, the whole Bruce and Babs thing) so while I have stolen Terry and will use bits and pieces of beyond I will not be going completely off Batman Beyond canon sorry

theres no way Hobie Antifascist Brown wouldnt love Miles "Its a choice" Morales, hearing just Gwen's story of watching him get chased off for sneaking out and accidentally couldn't let go and tore her hair and how he's so good and prim and proper but he draws on his essays and gets away with little things in the school dress code not bc he hates the establishment but bc hes polite and this *IS* him rebeling against a dress code and this ""Elite"" school hes in and it has to be adorable for him because Miles is only doing what he loves, of course he draws on his essays and math homework, of course he keeps his shoes untied if its the only part of a uniform he gets to personalize, of course he wants to save everyone and everything and isnt going to be told no bc he wants to follow the rules but he wont follow unjust rules, he just doesn't know what that means in other places

idk i love miles i know everyone in the spider gang love him, romanitc or not but Hobie and Gwen definitely have a crush on him at the very least

100 percent. As fans of the character, we may show more compassion via headcannons and fic to Thor's circumstances but in the film it was played for laughs. That's it. No more credit needed for them there.

Basically! Honestly the whole thing has me feeling some kind of way, bc while I really dislike how much was played for laughs and I know CH was a part of that characterization, I also have to admit that he did a really good job during the moments when Thor was showing pain, vulnerability, and loss. I honestly don’t understand why CH doesn’t seem to want to actually act anymore, and just likes playing himself, bc when he tries, he’s good. So, yeah. Mixed feelings abound but ultimately, the toilet humor was just unacceptable to me.
