- HCs: Anderson and Vlad would read scripture together and have philosophical discussions while verbally shitting on their enemies like gossiping teenagers. They'd train together all the time and they'd constantly, wordlessly compete, which would've actually resulted in a relationship that's more friendly & solidary that rivalrous. Vlad would call him his wife/concubine and it pisses Anderson off so bad

- Would I have liked to see it canon: YES. YES I WOULDVE. I NEED even gayer lines in the battle they had. I want Anderson to discover more about Vlad and I need them to interact and have Anderson battle an internal gay crisis bc fuck he's hot and he's trying to get me to kill him

- General opinion: Masterful old man yaoi. Delicious. I love it so much it's unreal. It's already Andercard but with an entirely different flavor. There's SO many possibilities. Does Anderson know Alucard before he meets Vlad? Is Vlad aware of who Anderson is? What's the setting? Time fuckery like in Kaleidoscope by catsvsdogscatswin or the stuff we saw in canon? I need more of them.

Well, I hope what the writers did to Landon/Aria was worth it for them. I still get the feeling they did what they did to pander, at least to some extent, in order to get more views because of all the Landon hate. And if that was at all the case, it was for nothing and did them no good because the show still got cancelled. They could’ve done so much for his character and given him so much development, they set up so many interesting storylines for him that they could’ve done a ton with, they could’ve explored his phoenix side. They could have still done his character justice despite the hate instead of giving in to it. Maybe if they’d just done more for his character it would’ve even helped to lessen the hate. But instead they threw it all away and tortured Landon. They wasted their male lead and treated Aria like that for nothing.
