Youth were introduced to Sonya Blocker, CRNA and Certified Trainer of @dallascitytemple Fitness Ministry! Her husband, Paul Blocker Jr. (Dallas Public Defender) also came out to support and ended up mentoring a youth! We are grateful to have Sonya and team help out with bootcamp fitness classes for the youth at Oak Cliff Boys and Girl Club! After class the youth enjoyed healthy snacks, peanut butter, celery, apples, yogurt and refreshing bottled water!
