Building a World: Residential Springscape 2.0 I found the handsome Profesor Avi Kapoor by @bloodnoodle –bl00dnoodle on the gallery and saw him living his best life in Oasis Springs. It is a modern home that sits on a 30x20 lot and costs $78,567 simoleons. It is a fairly small home, there is an additional room off the garage that could house the needs of who lives there. Otherwise the secondfloor is the only bedroom/bathroom. Playtested and fuctional. Make sure you use bb.moveobjects on when placing the lot!
