I have been working really hard to make @princesscallyie ‘s next generation universe in my Sims 4 game. I built The House from scratch and created the characters within it! We have Charles, Artemis, Rogen, Toxi, Gigi, and Roxanne!

I always loved playing with the Bunch Family (download tray files here) when I played Sims 3, so I added them to my save and made them a family home! The house feels cramped but with a family of six what else could you expect! It sits on a 30x20 lot. CC Free. Leon lost his beloved wife durning the birth of their only child, Nancy. Its been hard raising a spunky, music-loving teenager but her hard work has more than made up for the grey hairs. Nancy may love the farm but she spends most nights dreaming of the big city. Will she get there one day? And if she does who will inherit the family farm?

This is a CC Free “spanish” style tiny home sitting on a 40X30 lot. It comes with two-bedrooms and one bath. Most of the plants are in the “mature” phase of growth. And it costs $68,169 simoleons. Zaiden’s father left when he he was just a baby. Growning up he watched his mother struggle, working her way through college but finally buying this house and a dog! He has also watch his mother continue to date “losers” and Camden, the newest, is no different. What sort of mischief will he enact to get this one out of the house?

The Landgraabs seem like the perfect family; wealthy, well-mannered, brilliant. But Nancy and Geoffrey are each hiding something. Will their secrets tear them apart or will they continue to build a wealthy dynasty?

I assumed the Landgraabs would be far to nosey to live on a house in the hills. It sits on a 40X30 lot and costs a whopping $232,584 simoleons. It has two bed rooms and three bathrooms. Bargin Bend 2.0

The Pancakes made it only a couple months into their new home before their marriage completely dissolved. Bob moved to San Myshuno and converted the basement into a spare bedroom for him when he visits. Eliza finally set up the art room she’s always wanted and has since even managed to sell a few pieces!  Although the seperation was amicable Bob hopes somehow Eliza might reconsider going through with the divorce.

Building a World: Residential Springscape 2.0 I found the handsome Profesor Avi Kapoor by @bloodnoodle –bl00dnoodle on the gallery and saw him living his best life in Oasis Springs. It is a modern home that sits on a 30x20 lot and costs $78,567 simoleons. It is a fairly small home, there is an additional room off the garage that could house the needs of who lives there. Otherwise the secondfloor is the only bedroom/bathroom. Playtested and fuctional. Make sure you use bb.moveobjects on when placing the lot!
