Nolan had agreed to meet Marie outside her set after she was done working for the day. He got there a bit early since he didn’t have anything else to do. Plus it gave him time to have a cigarette despite the large ‘no smoking’ sign just feet away from him. He was just smoking the last bit of it when he saw her approaching. He tossed the butt on the ground and stomped it out. As she approached him he gave her a bright smile and waved. “Hi, Marie,” he greeted her. “How’d your day go?”
