Even if you’ve fallen off the wagon or broken you resolutions... Even if you have no motivations or for that matter energy... You know scratch that-take those even so’s and turn them into your WHY’s ? -Bc all the other people/things in your life that you are reaching for and that you are working for matter way more than the reason you are not eating healthy or working out. How do I know? How can I say this?? I’ve fallen off the wagon more than most. I’ve made excuses more than most. Ive quit more than most...I’ve also stood back up and jumped my ass back on the wagon more than most. So what do you say??? Care to join me?
