Big Havi - "Testimony" [Video] - Big Havi Pays Tribute to His Grandparents in "Testimony" Video Big Havi processes his emotional trauma through cathartic and melodic rap music. Paying tribute to his grandparents, who fought for a better life for their family, Havi shares "Testimony," his new video. Rhyming with a lightning-quick auto-tuned flow atop mournful guitars and thumping 808s, Havi reflects on his painful past, before defiantly pledging to make a better life for himself: "I remember them days I was down like a hill/I remember when momma couldn't pay no bills." Directed by BCPBrandon, the video switches between shots of Havi performing in his East Atlanta neighborhood with vintage photos of Havi's late grandparents, providing a revealing glimpse at where Havi comes from and where he's going. "Testimony" is the latest video from Havi's No Pen No Pad Just Pain EP, following the Qasquiat-directed "Blood N My Eyes," which incorporated footage of Atlanta's Black Lives Matter protests.
