Better Call Saul Fall (Minkie Spiro, 2017)
BCS 3x09: Yup, the disappointment and desperation always deepens in the penultimate episode of every Better Call Saul.
Rhea Seehorn on Twitter: "Discussing Kim's predicament w/ director Minkie Spiro in a favorite scene of Better Call Saul 3.09 by Gordon Smith. Photo by Patrick Fabian."
Gennifer Hutchison on Twitter: “I introduced the character of Irene Landry in my season one episode, ‘Bingo.’ Named her after my own lovely grandmother Irene (or ‘Memere’). My Memere passed away 2 weeks ago. Watching Jimmy be so mean to Irene was tough. But seeing her sweet heart and love of her friends helped. Thanks to Jean Effron for bringing Irene to life and making her such a real, sympathetic person. The real Irene would have approved.”
Better Call Saul 3x09: “Fall” Written by Gordon Smith Directed by Minkie Spiro (Downton Abbey, Call the Midwife, Skins, Hustle) Edited by Skip Macdonald Air Date: 6/12/17
BCS 3x09: Marshall Adams is doing a beautiful job this season, especially the night scenes. I don’t know if these two scenes were shot with that new low-light Panasonic VariCam digital camera, but damn ... just look at the composition and lighting. Gorgeous.
