Last night we spotted a big spider in the bedroom! Jack's initial reaction was to pretend to be a Dalek and shoot at it. I told him no, we would catch it. With a little silliness and adventure he wanted to hold the glass and decided it was "tickly" and "so cute". He insisted to help let it out the bedroom window to then be disappointed asking where his spider had gone 😂 Lots of these house spiders about, Spring is here for everyone and these are all fellas on the patrol for some smoochin' 🕷💕 I'm not one to pick them up with bare hands, and they can make me jump, but it's important not to pass on irrational fears to our children and to give them as pure a perception as we can muster. Everything has it's space.
