                                British Craft Trade Fair - April 2016

This is a long overdue post about my experience at the British Craft Trade show in Harrogate back in April. It’s probably a good sign that i’ve been too busy to post anything up until now! I decided to go with a black and white photo too, because it was a few of the most exhausting days I have ever experienced. That being said it was well worth it and I met some really lovely crafters and designers.

I was really apprehensive about taking part in a big event, but the BCTF reputation for being the friendliest trade show around was not wrong. The organisers were amazing and everything ran really smoothly. 

I am happy to say that the show was successful for Claudia Made This. I now have some fantastic new stockists all over the country. Check them out on my website www.claudiamadethis.com to see where you can pick up some of my jewellery. 

The trade show was made even better because of the atmosphere around me, the lovely other makers including; Paper Lilac , Lauren Healy’s Colourful World, Katie Johnston Jewellery,  Joanna Lloyd Glass , The Perky Painter and Jordanne Cliffe - To name just a few!

So, it’s been a long time since I blogged, but I had to let you all know about the British Craft Trade. It’s in Harrogate, from the 10th-12th April, and it’s my first ever trade fair. I will be exhibiting in the Newcomers Gallery, stand N7. I am feeling everything; nervous, excited, stressed and most of all determined!
