Cuteness level 10/10. After days of tracking and more than 8 hours that day standing quietly in the same spot, getting eaten by mosquitoes and just when we were ready to leave for our boat back home this little wolf pup poked around the corner and gave us the rare glimpse we’ve been patiently waiting for all day. We both had sent a little prayer for just one single shot of a pup and we were heard. The encounter lastet for maybe 10-15 seconds before this little guy turned around and left. It was our last wolf sighting of the trip but especially sweet after we had only seen this guys’ bum the day before in the thick forest and it might have been the first time this pup has ever seen a human so perhaps a first for both of us.
