Sherlock is required to eat at least one meal a day, regardless of casework. If a proper cooked meal is not suitable, a sandwich and a glass of milk will be acceptable. He will begin taking multivitamin tablets daily.
Failure to comply with rule will result in Sherlock and John sleeping separately until he eats something.
Sherlock will spend five minutes each day looking at himself in the mirror, and reminding himself of how amazing and wonderful and brilliant he is, and seeing just what John sees when he looks at him.
Failure to do so will lead to a ten minute exercise, so he might as well behave and do it in the first place.
John reserves the right to safeword for Sherlock, as the need arises. Situations include, but are not limited to: if John suspects that Sherlock is pretending to enjoy something; if Sherlock is under the influence of alcohol; if Sherlock is only doing something for John's benefit.

Sherlock is not permitted to intentionally anger John in an attempt to receive rougher treatment. If he wants it to hurt, he simply needs to ask for it prior to a scene.
Punishment for breaking this rule will be a complete halt of all play until Sherlock has properly communicated what he wants and needs. John will not tolerate being lied to or manipulated.
Sherlock Holmes has a beautiful body as well as a mind, and will ensure it stays that way by taking proper care of it. Beyond eating each day, he will bathe and groom himself. John will spend time brushing Sherlock's hair, and tending to any physical problems he might have.
Scenes that occur during cases will be handled as they come, using John's judgment. If he suspects that Sherlock truly needs it, and is not just being a demanding little shit, each scene will be limited to thirty minutes.
Narcotic relapse will result in an immediate halt to this arrangement. Sherlock will understand why this would be hurtful to John, and seek professional help if the urge to relapse arises.
