We are all capable of exceptional!
Day 32: This Month, Do not be Normal!
The second month of the year just began. Welcome February! January has been amazing and I look forward to an awesome February. My heart is eager to experience your awesomeness!
I want to continue sharing ideas for living a life that’s dictated by design. One key difference of people enjoying a peaceful life and those who find it hard is a choice between being epic or choosing to be normal.

I'm following the FIFA World Cup, supporting the Lionesses, and Lucy Bronze is, arguably, our star player.
The BBC released a video of her the other day that got me thinking. One of her quotes, actually: "That's what makes the best atheltes the best, it's that crazy mindset that they've got."
And it got me thinking. Cause I'm not an athlete, nor do I have the mindset that she was describing, at least applied to my professional life.
But I am exceptional. And my mind feels like it's crazy and extreme often.
I think, no hero, star, genius... None of them would have a mind that feels standard and probably allows them to lead a regular life. Their struggles and achievements would be different to those of the regular person.
I am extremely sensitive. And my struggles and achievements will be different to those of a regular person. I've got anxiety. That is a struggle for me to overcome. A fight to win. I am not saying my anxiety makes me great. It doesn't. It is my will to overcome it that gives me the chance to do all the greatness that I am destined to. All the smiles I can pull out of people, the hugs I can give, the respect, the hope, the words of encouragement, the will to believe. Those are (some of) the greatness I offer this world. And I can only do those if I do not let anxiety win me over.
But the presence of anxiety there in the first place, the presence of that huslte to deal with. That says nothing against me and my greatness.
I believe great people have a greater chance of bringing along issues they have to manage and traits of their character that society doesn't quite acomodate for, that make it harder for us to live a life that society would consider stable, balanced and successful. Whether that is because it's hard for you to maintain lasting (platonic/familial/romantic) relationships, or whether it's hard for you to hold a job. Whether it's hard for you to smile when society expects you to, or you are not great at keeping fit / healthy.
Whatever the challenge that your own way of being presents you with, they may well be a sign of the greatness you can offer if you flip the coin, look at it from the other side. And it is gonna be thougther than a regular life would be. But that's... "That is what makes the best athletes the best"... You've got it in you to be great. But you cannot show your greatness to the world if you let that huslte win. You've gotta keep fighting the battle, whatever it is that that means for you. Your battle. You gotta keep fighting it.
Who to satisfy at work - yourself!
Who to satisfy at work – yourself!
I have always been a person who speaks the facts and logic and does not deviate from it. Has it worked for me – I would say yes. At least I am being seen as what I am and not what others want me to be.
It is often asked of me – why are you working so much?
I would say – people who are recognized have the following characteristics – either they think out of the box, they are extremely laborious,…

Exceptional .
Hey Colleague, (be exceptional)
Being exceptionalsounds strange in the first moment. But listen, gone are the days when people say you are weird if you are different from the rest of the people in a society. You pursue psychology and people say you won’t go far in life, you color your hair green, and people say you are mad. In between all these judgemental attitudes of the society, you should…

Do not tell me that I'm part of a culture, that I probably act a certain way, that I think a certain thing, or that I don't stick up for people.
I've worked hard my entire fucking thinking life to build my integrity and to be honorable in my decisions. Very few people will ever notice or care, but few things mean more to me than my own virtues. I will not let some person on the internet tell me who I am based on their experiences of others.
I encourage everyone to be exceptional because I believe that you can be exceptional.
