If you have a workout you need to do but you don't really feel motivated/energized to do it, push thru ! Tbh I was feeling blah and unmotivated today cause I had to go workout by myself but after sitting in the sauna then doing some spin I felt a looooot better Today: 20 min Spin bike intervals 10 min Stair master intervals 10 min Jog/walk on treadmill 💖

today i took way too much tylenol and then had bad anxiety all day bc acetaminophen overdose is a thing and i didnt want my liver to be rip but i think i am a-ok

In middle school I’d take a couple pills whenever I got bored (also be careful D: !!! be v v v careful)
