Here's an interesting one.
Infectious breast expansion... through sound.
So we all now that if a nice, big pair of boobs is full of milks, naturally based on a certain level of movement, they will gurgle and slosh.
However, it's not often enough that someone will move in such a way that it'll happen, and regular every day movement doesn't cause enough movement for a large sound to be produced.
However, in the case they do...
Weather patient zero is doing some jumping jacks, jumps up a bit to reach something, shimmies out of an item of clothing or sways while waiting in line, all other women, depending on proximity will find themselves having their tits becoming increasingly milky and bigger, depending on how much sound they heard subconsciously or not.
Some will be socked as their breasts become bountiful, as they feel hot and heavy and start to fill up like water balloons, sloshing, sloshing and sloshing and gurgling as they grow in unsteady bursts, moving around and bouncing like a cooking pot being shaken.
Others who are further away will maybe go up a cup size or two, others won't even realise as they grow a centimetre as they didn't hear enough of the frequency to steadily produce milk.

Hello again hall of fame anon! Apologies for delay, been busy!
But just know I've been thinking about this for a lot, and it's such a good concept. I mean, infection and breast expansion, with sloshing boobs? You're hitting all the right buttons
But I like to imagine patient zero was watching a video or maybe scrolled by a post where someone added a breast sloshing sound, or the gurgling, and after hearing it, they just couldn't get the sound out of their head.
Just thinking about it, the jugs sloshing, the pictures attached to it. Maybe they scroll a little too much and keep watching videos with the sound effects, that even when they dream they dream of it, of having sloshing milk jugs in their chest, and every sound going right in there own chest in the real world...
Just waking up, yesterday kind of a blur, and they can hear the sound, but it's not coming from their head. It's coming from their chest, their huge mounds of boob fat hanging on their chest, a simple grab from their hands rushing pleasure thru them that they drop to their knees, only making a loud slosh and making it all worse as they get more turned on.
But they have a life to get to, and just wear some extra loose clothes, perhaps an office, and they had to put on a extra large shirt a date once left over. Ignoring the stares they try to work, but they can feel the sounds traveling in their body. Sloshing with every movement, gurgling as they sat down, thankfully it was quiet enough on the outside to not spread, yet...
Until they got to the break room, and someone pranked them by placing their coffee bag up high, where they had to jump to reach it, as their coworkers watched in amusement, that quickly turned to listening
The jugs let out loud sloshing as they bounced up and down, the coworkers heard it, they could hear as our patient zero waited for the coffee to finish, they could hear the gurgling and soft sloshing now. It couldn't leave their minds, the thoughts of the massive milk jugs, and the sounds they made. Even when they returned to their desk, they couldn't get it out of their minds, even more when they thought more, and suddenly their own chest started to make noise...
And as you said anon, balloon breasts growing like water balloons, filling with milk as they remember the sounds. As the office fills with more and more sounds of sloshing and gurgling, as people give up and squeeze their chest to let the milk pour, only making every one around hear more of the noise.
Spreading more and more, people growing huge milky chests, that it spread to other floors.
More and more of the infectious sounds echo into the halls, into the streets, people having to lay against a wall as they can't get the sound out of their head, until it starts coming out of their chest, and they need more of the noise
Wonder how long till everyone got a huge milky chest, and the joyful sounds ring all thoughtout...
I wonder, do you hear it too, anon?
