Today was a great day! Today I got baptized and I couldn't be happier about it. I thought I got saved when I was 7 in first grade and got baptized back then. However, I still didn't truly understand what it meant to be saved at the time. I really accepted Christ as my Savior a couple years later when I was 9, but I didn't see the point in getting baptized again when I had already done so. It's been something on my heart for a couple years now, and I'm so happy to say that I have obediently followed God in baptism today to show all that Christ is my Lord and Savior and I am not ashamed.
