his corneas fragmented, his facial bones seemed to solidify with a greenish color, and from the forehead a part of feelers appeared, below them, two small obsidian orbs that served as secondary eyes for ryder, while his arms, already muscled enough, expanded, until two green protuberances cover them. the insect nature he was channeling was that of a mantis shrimp, strong and firm arms for battle, and the best sight of the whole animal kingdom.
the perfect attire to fight that bone like beast that appeared in that dark alley. dropping onto his legs, he dodged an attack and punched the arm, fragmenting it which made the beast fall unstable. “Are you ok?” he asked the other, as he shielded them with his body, still laying in front of the monster to protect them.
