⚡️ (Lightning Bolt) - Which Power Effects [Blizzard, Bluster, Sizzle, Splash, Zap] would their attacks grant? Do they have any particular weaknesses or resistances, elemental or otherwise?

Nova has the same Copy ability Kirby does, so by default their attacks have no elemental property and depend on whichever ability they currently possess. Given how by the time Nova arrives, Kirby is capable to switch abilities without needing a catalyst (aka without swallowing anything/anyone) and Gooey is able to do the same, but within a single moveset, I'd imagine adult Nova would be able to infuse their own weapon abilities with element from get go. Yknow, best of all worlds!
In the same vein, they don't have many elemental weaknesses. Astrals are tough creatures by their nature, made to be able to withstand absurdly extreme enviroments, so Nova isn't affected a lot by temperatures. in terms of matter/magic, they may be a touch weak to Dark as of now, due to their origin/core memory, but I'd imagine they will grow more resistant to it in the future.

a big surprise! I don't think i've showed Debbie on this blog yet XD (for reference, she's Kawasaki's daughter that i based on the disguise Kirby and Dedede did in the first novel)
Debbie is more of a support fighter, like her dad, Vividria or Adeleine. She prefers to stay away from direct combat and use her baking/cooking skills to keep her allies alive and well. Not exactly a healer, but somewhere around that matter.
I do imagine a frying pan to the noggin as emergency self-defense would still hurt a lot tho.
🪄 (Magic Wand) - Are they capable of wielding magic? Is it a learned skill, or is it innate? What sorts of spells can they cast? Do they possess any magical items or artifacts? [e.g. the Dimensional Mantle]
wheel, why. I already talked a lot about Beamee's hurdles with magic, I wanted to choose someone else PLEASE.
Beamee is half-Doo, as you may know. In my kirbyverse, Waddle Dees, despite having strongly Zap-inclined Waddle Doos as closest relative species, are strongly magically insulated, meaning they're naturally incapable of wielding or conducting magic of any type on their own. (Tool-based abilities like Parasol, Archer or Spear do not count, this is all skill and/or weapon enchantment.)
And then there's Beamee.
Technically she can wield Zap elemental magic in form of Beam, but her Beam is... wonky at best. Plus her magical insulation as a Dee means she's having a hard time to actually focus and release the pent-up energy, leading to frequent migraines.
Tabitha made a small rod for her to help alleviate these issues, thankfully. Also the tiny girlfriends did talk at length about Beamee's magical troubles here:

He's a firm believer in luck, given circumstances or his "birth" (that being a "happy accident") so he collects a lot of things that bring good luck. Plus, this one reminds him of his cat dad!

Almost wanted to not spin bc I actually do have a character in mind, but...
it's not the one I thought of, but it'll do.
As a child, Mona doesn't essentially fear death - mostly because they didn't encounter it personally. They did felt some sort of longing whenever a certain red butterfly was around.
As an adult tho, Mona still feels the same longing, but actively understands that it's not missing her mother, as she initially thought. It's more like she's missing being around a person that this butterfly reminds her of. (Gooey gets the same feeling, by the way. A trip to a certain retired knight does clarify some things once they learn about Nihil.)
As for the fused form, I gotta whip up CSP, hold on-

💫 (Shooting Star) - If they were to wish on a clockwork star, like Galactic Nova or Star Dream, what would they wish for?
Tabitha would tell you she'd wish either for her ship to be fixed (which would be unlikely, since to reach Nova in the first place, she'd already have had fixed it), or for new materials for research.
In reality, her wish would be to help Beamee in any way Nova can. Preferably, by granting her mastery over her magic without drawbacks. (She doesn't realize the wish would most likely simply turn her into a waddle doo, removing all traces of hindering dee heritage, which is OPPOSITE of what Beamee herself wants.)
oh btw asks for OCs are still open even tho I'm not that active in @kirbyoctournament (work and artfight ate. everything h)

37. Do they have a system for remembering names, long lists of numbers, things that need to go in a certain order (like anagrams, putting things to melodies, etc)?
Meyine and Chiffon actually both use melodies as mnemonic! Meyine mostly thanks to their affinity to music magic, and Chiffon, thankfully, inherited from Fluff's side in singing department, who actually has pretty good singing voice and musical ear.
8. What were they told to stop/start doing most often as a child?
Iiii don't have answer for Nova, Cicero and Meyine, unfortunately (Kirby isn't as strict of a parent for Nova, Cicero's childhood was cut rather short and as such might be kinda rose-tinted, and I'm dead set on keeping Meyine's past shrouded in mystery meaning i don't have to write it lmao), but Beamee and Chiffon are a different matter.
Beamee's mom was slightly overly worried for Beamee's wellbeing, and always urged against straining herself with magic. (Which may or may not be part of a reason for Beamee being poorly equipped to deal with her ability.) In Chiffon's case, Fluff, unfortunately, turned out to lean a bit too hard into the Fantasy-Forbidding Father department, so he was insisting on Chiffon to behave more befitting to a royalty - causing her to have the same anxiety HE had as a kid whenever met with official meetings and situations like these.
19. What is their favorite number?
Nova can't count very well yet Cicero - 4 (hah) Beamee - any even number Meyine - 7 Chiffon - 3
30. Who do they most regret meeting?
Nova didn't had particularly bad experiences prior to Chiffon's arrival (and kicking off the plot) - well, maybe Marx, knowing his reputation. After that however... while their first meeting with Skirby was rough, but not unpleasant, what followed after did made Nova scared of Skirby and Mirror World as a whole.
Chiffon's answer is similar to Nova's (since they shared that experience), but there's one person Chiffon regrets meeting more than Skirby (for now)... and it's Polari. (She comes around to him, but it will take a WHILE.)
Meyine also had an awful first impression of Marx, mostly due to his way of being a friend involving playing pranks on them (ESPECIALLY if you're a new friend in the group), but once Marx figured out Meyine shares the mischievous streak of Magolor's, their relationship improved quite a lot.
Beamee will later grow to regret meeting Enigia. Mostly because of Enigia secretly being a bastard.
Cicero... I don't have anything for him, uhfortunately, since he doesn't have much interaction with others. I need to fix this but don't know how yet.
31. Who are they the most glad to have met?
Chiffon is very glad to meet Kirby's side of her family! Especially her little sibling and their baby squad of two <3
Nova is vise versa, very glad to meet Chiffon. And, to a certain extent, also very glad to meet Kirby himself.
Meyine is very glad they've met Magolor in AD. Not only did they manage to prevent what happened to them, but that got Meyine themself out of AD as well. They've been inseparable ever since.
Beamee is very glad she met Tabitha. She loves her kooky girlfriend even despite her sometimes being focused on her research TOO much.
And as much as Cicero still misses his family, he's glad Lum decided to step in as a self-appointed caretaker. He's thankful he was given a second chance.
32. Do they have a go-to story in conversation? Or a joke?
Nova is mostly nonverbal, only using words to relay something important. Chiffon will try to brag about her adventures and accomplishments to people she met for the first time (that totally aren't her dad's adventures in Patchland being retold with her as a protagonist nuh uh).
Beamee is. Kinda timid in conversations and tends to be mostly reactionary and listening. She doesn't like bringing attention to herself, letting others take the spotlight. Cicero and Meyine are similar, but Cicero sometimes can be caught infodumping about intricacies of matter planes and soul magic. (Meyine doesn't have much to talk about due to memory problem.)
35. How do they treat the things their friends come to them excited about? Are they supportive?
Nova is listening very intently, making small noises of agreement. (Think baby Kirby from anime.) Chiffon is supportive, but might accidentally end up changing the topic to either herself or her dad in the conversation, as she's trying to relate to the topic brought.
Beamee is also supportive, and, as said before, will let you take the spotlight to infodump, and so is Meyine. Both of them also will ask questions to give said friend opportunity to talk more about their thing, but for different reason - Beamee is doing this as a part of common etiquette, and Meyine is actually genuinely curious.
Cicero is the one that'd be kinda indifferent, unless it's involving his interests or him in some capacity.

Beamee usually writes down notes for herself. In her old workshop back on Popstar she used to have a biiiiig corkboard taking up nearly whole wall where she would pin various stuff related to her current projects. She does have similar at Rem's place, but doesn't feel comfortable taking up too much space since it's not her house.
Cicero usually uses anagrams and mnemonics to remember some particularly complicated spells, but the only thing that helped with runes was methodical repetition (aka drawing them until he started seeing them in his sleep).
Nova seems to naturally have a pretty good memory, their issue is low attention span, on the contrary. They could've have some use out of melodic memorisation, if not for the fact that both they and their main caretaker (Kirby) are tone deaf.
