rancho gordo mayocoa bean • tastes like chicken tbh but a lil too slimy for this bean head
rancho gordo santanero negro delgado • inky & surprisingly savory; a high-amino flavor profile. cooked these in the instant pot w celery and two cloves of garlic. *chef’s kiss*
