Ingredients: 1 cup green coffee beans. Baking sheet. Whirley-Pop popcorn popper. Cast iron skillet. Hot air popcorn popper.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 450F 232C. Spread the green coffee beans evenly on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until desired roast level is achieved. Remove from the oven and let the beans cool. For Whirley-Pop: Heat the popper on medium-high, add beans, and constantly turn the handle for 10-12 minutes until beans reach the desired roast level. Cool the beans. For Cast Iron Skillet: Heat the skillet over medium-high heat. Add beans and stir constantly for 12-15 minutes until desired roast is achieved. Cool the beans. For Hot Air Popcorn Popper: Place beans in the popper and turn it on. Roast for 7-10 minutes or until beans are roasted to your liking. Cool the beans. Once the beans are cool, store them in an airtight container for a day or two to allow the flavors to develop. Grind and brew your freshly roasted coffee beans for a delightful cup of coffee.
