hear me out, Danny should have also had a "hopelessly devoted to you" moment. Maybe even sung the song itself. The entire plot is him proving that he could and would be the partner sandy deserves. He was hopelessly devoted to her. I saw bear grease, an indigenous/first nations retelling of grease (live musical) BOTH DANNY AND SANDY sang part of hopelessly devoted to you and it makes so much sense.

So I'm standing there naked in the kitchen.

Mind you, this isn't something I make a point of doing. It's the end of January, and this is Minnesota. Early in the morning, the kitchen is just as cold as the rest of the house, no place to stand around naked.
