bearie/lavi is not the villain you make them out to be and villanizing them and making up false rumors did nothing but make them more spiteful and pissed off. he didn't change his branding to hide from his past self nor did he intentionally ban evade nor is a trump supporter or a burned fur (he is perfectly fine with whatever other people choose to make) or whatever stupid ass rumors you spill. not to mention a lot of what they did was because he was in an active mental health episode. which though not an excuse is definitely a reason why you shouldn't villanise them for it. from an irl friend of theirs.
