Fish Tacos for Winter
-If you're in Anchorage, Alaska you should know that summer is over and winter is here for the next 7 months. Aside from the hot cocoa, these Baja Tacos from Beartooth Pub will warm you right back up. Or at least remind you of the warm rays of sunshine.
-The rock fish was breaded with a panko batter so it made the fish extra crispy. The colesaw with it was crispy and fresh. The only thing that would prevent me from picking this dish again would but the salsa. I found it a little bit too wet. It made the tortilla soggy. Aside from that, the tacos were great, plus the price was pretty fair.
