Hi!

Sorry this took me so long, I was kind of angry at the way I get approached for information. 

You know, behind this blog and this costumes is a person who thought a lot about how to make different parts of costumes, and Beast Boy is one of them.I have absolutely no problem to share my ideas -really not. What I have a problem with is when I just get a random ask, without a greeting, and even though it’s a question, just demanding something that is not naturally given, but because someone is kind.I think this is a general problem, not only in cosplay itself and it saddens me.When you sent this ask i felt very downgraded to just telling how to do this and that with costumes - especially Beast Boy. If one would think a little bit I bet that 80% of you would get the same idea I had. A nice approach would be - your know - nice. And how about a thank you?

So, rant over, now a short explanation on How I Did Beast Boys Belt (you can even see it on some pictures, for gods sake):

To make Beast Boys Belt, you can take Foam Rubber in the thickness you need and cut the pieces into rectangles.

Surround them with the fake leather you already got! Use contact glue or whatever you use to glue together stuff! :)

To make the pieces stay together you cut up more of the fabric and glue it onto the backside of your rectangles.

Then, if you have your belt finished, you take velcro and add it onto different parts of your rectangles-belt. You then to proceed to fix the velcro onto your suit too - and tadaaa! Beast Boys Belt.
