Training hard down at @betterbodies_blackburn tonight. Back is one of my weak points but I’m working my fucking ass off every day to become a bigger and better me, everyone knows I always give it 110% all day! - - Warmed up at 100kg - 12 reps, then went for 140kg - 6 reps, 160kg - 2 reps and finished off with a single rep at 180kg. - - Feeling good, feeling strong. I don’t train because I hate my body, I train because I love my body.
