“ he kind of reminds me of my dad.   not in a good way. ”   there’s something about gerard argent that seems off to him,   the way he’s more concerned with the death of werewolves than the survival of humans,   but holden has to remind himself they’re on the same side,   even if their motives seem to differ.    “ it doesn’t have to be that way.   innocent people don’t have to get hurt. ”   he’s blind to the fact that some of the supernatural might be innocent as well,   hating them for what they are,   unable to see any humanity in them.   he’d been taught that they didn’t have any,   so there’s no sense in looking for it.

        she’s    selfless.    with   body   thrown   over   malia   to   shield   her   from   the   now  scattering   of   bullets,   her   head   canted   to   find   a   familiar   feminine   face.  nausea   sunk   into   her   body   with  a   flash   of   golden   eyes.  shoving   her   cousin   in   the   fastest   route   of   escape,   the    alpha   straightened   herself,   cracking   her   neck   with   a   small   sound   of   disgust.   spine   flat   to   a   pillar  a   sharp   inhale   is   adorned   with  a   mental   count   of   the   speed   between   bullets.   bullets   she’d   snuck   into   that   little   meeting   to   steal.   was   tamora   aware   of   how   wolves   could   treat   wolfsbane   wounds   with   said   wolfsbane.   with  a   grace   not   unlike   her   mother,   the   brunette   evades   gunshot   with  a   swift   motion   dodging   and   weaving,   slamming   her   palm   upward   into  a   hunter’s   nose   to   incapacitate  before   repeating   a   similar   motion   with   the   other’s   gun.   palm   wraps   round   the   ebony   skinned   woman’s   gun,   knocking   it   to   the   side   beneath   the   powerful   stomping   of   her   foot   downward   over   it.     ❛     ––––  stop !  ❜  laura’s   chest   began   to   heave   with   her   deep   breaths.  ❛     –––– t-tamora,  stop.  ❜  it’s  a   soft   whisper  filling   the   space   between   them   with   softness   rimming   her   gaze.

He is   softer   now since then.    Amazing how grief changes everything.  〘 BUT GRIEF OVER WHAT ?    NOT LIKE THERE’D BEEN MUCH THERE TO LOSE.     HAD SHE EVER   REALLY   BEEN A MOTHER TO HIM ?  〙   But still ,    though she’d been   hallow   and cold and   miles away ,    she’d still been   ALL HE HAD    as far back as he could remember.      And apparently that counted for something.

It’s been three months to the day now ,    and everything feels   different .    Summer is winding down to an end ,   and the school year was fast approaching.   〘 ACTUAL SCHOOL.    HE WAS BEING SENT TO AN   ACTUAL   SCHOOL AND HE WAS ALMOST EMBARRASSINGLY EXCITED FOR IT. 〙

Jesse peeks in to the kitchen ,   notices Tamora by the window.

ANGER  &&  OTHER EMOTIONS BOILED WHEN HE SAW TAMORA,   he knew that she was behind this with the help of   GERARD,   but he also remembered what scott had told him about   why    she was like this.    they had a    F L A W    in their ways of saving people    &&   that was all on them,    but if she could only give them a chance to show her they’re not    all bad,   maybe she would stop.    ---    though,    he knew nothing was going to get through her head so he just gave her a glare from where he stood.   ❛    you going to    KILL ME   ? ? ?   ❜    he said with a half smile gracing his lips for a short time before he scoffed out a laugh.
