Ohhhh. Hmm. Well more like favorite scenes, I think? The whole thing is my precious creation, after all.... but if I had to choose I guess I’d go with ch 17, The Banquet.
I still remember the damn relief it was to finally get everyone to the point where they could confess. I had their confessions outlined even before chapter one was finished so it felt like such a long time coming on my end. Sitting on stuff like that is the worst. I was like, ‘ahhhh. finallyyyyy they can stop dancing around this stuff and just... be together!! <3<3<3!!’
Posting it made me happy ^_^

Beasts Within Teething
(they’re still young, this is before Shouto was injured)
“Denki? What are you doing?” Shouto asked with a curious tilt of his head. The tiger ears on his head twitched slightly as he watched the blond happily roll around on the floor and gnaw on the end of his own tail.
Denki looked up at the sound of Shouto’s voice and then sat upright with a happy grin. “Hi, Todo!”
Shouto watched the way Denki’s tail wagged quickly behind himself and he smiled at the rather silly sight. He shook his head then asked, “Why are you doing that with your tail?”
“Why am I doing what?” Denki asked as he tilted his head and blinked at him. He looked behind himself and saw just how fast his striped tail swayed side to side then caught it so it would stop. He laughed as he chirped, “I guess my tail is just happy to see you too!”
“I think it’s probably just happy that I saved it from being chewed on.” Shouto replied with a laugh.
“I like to chew!” Denki exclaimed with a toothy grin.
“I’ve noticed.”
Denki let go of his tail and it resumed wagging happily behind him.“You would too if you gave it a try!”
“My father would never allow it. Appearances and all that.” Shouto shook his head. There were many, many things that he wasn’t allowed to do since he was the prince, after all.
“So what do you do when you get the urge to bite stuff? I know you’re teething too.” Denki wondered. Shouto was only a few months older than him so he had to have the same urge to bite things.
“Ah, simple.” Shouto reached into his robes and pulled out a small, hard plastic mouse. He tossed it at Denki and said, “Keep it, I’ve got more than I’ll ever need.”
Denki inspected the silly mouse then brought it to his mouth and bit it. He scrunched his face and stuck out his tongue as he muttered, “Ew.”
Shouto rolled his eyes with a smile. “It’s not supposed to taste good.”
Denki sighed then gnawed on the mouse for a moment. It didn’t taste good or feel good to chew on. What was the point? He blinked at Shouto when he sat down next to him without a word. He spat the mouse out of his mouth then chirped, “Let’s go play outside!”
“I can’t. I have my lessons soon.” Shouto muttered as he motioned to the thin, golden crown on his head. The only time he wore the stupid thing was when he was forced to. This was one of those times and he didn’t really care for it.
Denki pouted and his ears fell flat against his head. “Poo. When will you be able to do what you want for once?”
Shouto sighed to himself. He wondered the same thing on a daily basis. “I suppose when I take over as king I will be able to schedule some me time.”
“That’s so many years away, Todo!” Denki whined loudly.
“So we’d better both look forward to it. We can make plans now and they’ll be perfected by when the time comes.”
“Yeah, we’ll go on some grand adventures once you’re able to leave the palace freely, you’ll see.” Denki assured him with a quick nod.
“I like the sound of that.” Shouto replied with a smile. He turned his head when he heard his name called. He nodded at his attendant then turned back to Denki and said, “I gotta go. Maybe I’ll see you later. Don’t chew on your tail anymore.”
Denki waved goodbye to Shouto and watched him leave. Once he was gone, he tossed the plastic mouse aside, grabbed his tail, and put the end of it back into his mouth then continued to chew on it happily.

Weretiger Shouto, nothing new to see here. White tiger with red stripes, just like the canon. He is beautiful, regal, and powerful.
Wereleopard Hitoshi, is he dark blue with purple spots or dark purple with blue spots? They may never figure it out, but he is gorgeous either way.
Werelynx Izuku, he is green and smol and so full of determination to prove that he isn’t weak compared to the others. His boys absolutely adore him.
Werelion Katsuki, he’s the fucking king.
Beasts Within - OT4 AU ficlet - for @koneko387, inspired by their recent little doodle ^_^ <3
It was quiet as the sun began to set over the horizon. The four of them sat atop their favorite little hill, next to their favorite little tree as they watched it quietly. Izuku glanced over to his left and the green bunny ears on top of his head twitched then he asked, “Do you ever miss the pack life, Kacchan?”
“Not really.” Katsuki’s reply was quick since he didn’t need to give it any thought. What was there to miss? His life was perfect just the way it was now. He didn’t look at Izuku as he asked, “Why was that question directed only at me? We were all in the same goddamn pack since they took us in as kids.”
“Yeah but you were the only one among us that was really into the whole scene.” Shouto chimed in. His red and white striped tail swayed slowly behind him.
“Meaning what?”
“Meaning you could’ve been alpha someday if it wasn’t for us. We dragged you away from that life.” Hitoshi’s response was blunt as they came, and both Izuku and Shouto held their breath as they waited for the upcoming explosion of a response.
“First off, no one fucking dragged me anywhere. I made my own goddamn decisions, thank you. Second, why would I ever fucking want to do something as ridiculous as be alpha? That sounds boring as shit and like it would be nothing but a headache.” Katsuki grumbled, his blond wolf ears flat against his head.
“So you don’t regret leaving then?” Izuku asked quietly as he looked up at the cloudless sky. He’d always liked watching the stars as they started to come out.
A low growl escaped the blond’s throat. He didn’t know what the heck they were going on about but it was starting to annoy him. “Are you three idiots okay? You all sound goddamn nuts right now.”
“We’ve just been wondering lately if what we did was selfish when we asked you to leave with us. After all, you’ve never even admitted that you want to be with any of us.” Shouto’s tail slapped the ground as he spoke.
“If I didn’t do you think I’d fucking be here?”
“We’re not exactly sure. Hence the questionsss.” Hitoshi said quietly. He intentionally hissed the last word with a little smirk and his scaled tail twitched behind him with his amusement.
Katsuki groaned loudly and then shook his head. They just had to ruin what was supposed to be a quiet start to the evening with all this crap. “I don’t get you three at all. Our lives a basically perfect the way they are so why the fuck are you trying to ask weird ass questions and change things? Do you honestly think that much would fucking change if I admitted that I love the three of you?”
Izuku, Hitoshi, and Shouto all turned to look at him at the same time. Every single one of them wore a shocked look on their faces that mirrored the one he suddenly wore. That wasn’t what they were trying to get him to say at all. They just wanted some assurance that he actually wanted to be with them and wasn’t forced into their oh so quiet life since it was hard to tell when it came to him without asking directly.
Katsuki’s face turned red then he slapped his hand over his mouth. He stood up and immediately turned away from them then yanked off his clothes. Before any of them could regain their composure and formulate a response, he shifted and took off running at full speed.
“Did he just say-” Izuku couldn’t even finish the question, it was so crazy. The three of them sat there and blinked as they watched the blond wolf run away. They all turned to look at each other and then smiled.
“We should probably go after him.” Shouto said right before he pulled off his shirt and secured it around his neck.
A devilish grin spread across Hitoshi’s face right before he said, “Looks like the chase is on, boys. Race you to him. Loser has to hold him down while the other gets to kiss the crap out of him.”
Shouto made an amused sound as a smirk spread across his face. He nodded then said, “You’re on.”
Izuku waited for the both of them to shift into their animal forms before he did the same. He headbutted Hitoshi then giggled, You’ll never win. Shoucchan is the fastest! Prepare to eat our dust!
We’ll sssee about that, deliciousss one. Hitoshi hissed with a laugh.
Izuku squeaked and then hopped over to Shouto and waited for him to bow his head so he could leap onto it. He quickly hid in the sack on his back as he waited for the race to begin since they had a wolf to track down and assault with affection.
Well. I might have just thought of a way that Shouji and Tokoyami could be in BW 2... O_O...
Good for me considering I wasn’t supposed to be thinking about that fic at all X3
