Not much process tbh, I just kinda let the horny take the wheel. I usually start with a very vague idea, maybe a couple features I want to focus on, then trial and error it out for the rest.
With my transformation sequences, I frequently start before I know exactly where things are going to end. Helps motivate me to figure out what the character is going to become. If I get bogged down in design first, I have trouble actually getting anything finished.

Some folks have been asking how succubi like Lily work, so here's some lore.
Succubus
Daemonium Imitator Succuba
The succubus (pl. succubi) is a species of extranatural predator within the “Demon” taxon. Folkloric evidence of their presence in the natural sphere extends back as far as our earliest recorded human mythology, leading us to believe the first succubi emerged in the Pandoric Breach upwards of 28,000 years ago.
Succubi are shapeshifting creatures that feed off the physical and spiritual releases of human sexual intercourse. Their typical hunting pattern involves altering their form to that of a highly desirable sexual partner, often tailor fit to the preferences of an identified prey individual. The way these desirable traits are identified are not yet clear, though some combination of scent and psychic appraisal are likely involved.
In addition to their physical mimicry, succubi use unique venom secretions to further draw in their prey. This venom is typically transferred mouth-to-mouth, but topical application to any part of the body can have rapid effects. This venom increases sensations of pleasure, temporarily modifying nerve cells to jack up sensitivity and increase arousal. Prolonged exposure can eventually lead to [REDACTED - SEE PR. Once the succubus has lured their prey into the act of sexual congress, the feeding process begins. The act of sex with a succubus is never directly fatal, but it can leave the subject temporarily drained of physical and spiritual energy. Repeated acts can induce a state of deep unconsciousness that can take days to recover from. If the succubus feels threatened by the subject, they have been known to take advantage of this period of vulnerability to strike via other means.
Known extranatural abilities possessed by succubi:
Ability to shapeshift between humanoid forms at will, and a dangerous “default” form likely unique to each succubus.
Ability to manifest biological defensive weaponry such as claws, horns, spikes, teeth, etc.
Superhuman speed and durability
Dataclastic field projection that renders artificial recording or detection impossible without heavy thaumatic insulation
Perfect vision in the dark, highly developed senses of smell and taste, some forms of psychic perception
Perfect vocal mimicry
