If that’s not the woman from the other day. . . Yes, that one. She came into her life, pried deeper than any stranger with common sense should had, and left just like that. Paying attention to someone she know literally nothing about is a rare event, but that encounter left with doubts, planted questions. It’s like they were bound to meet again.

Oh yeah, right.

   “Hey, you. You never paid for that drink.”

This woman...really stood out. 

Now Blake meant this in the nicest way possible, that outfit was turning more than a few heads and the presumably older lady looked more than capable of taking down a few dozen Grimm with the heel of her boot alone.

The question was, what was she doing out so late - Blake had met her type before and they usually only did stuff with purpose, so maybe wherever she was heading was where the action was...and action lead to answers.

Or maybe she was just on a midnight snack run, there was only one way to find out.

    “You look like you know your way around -” her throats cleared and her arms are folded as Blake’s own heels click against the concrete

“Is this City as quiet as it appears?”
