Struggling through days of unexpected white noise - desperately striving towards equilibrium. Anger, depression, irritability…sensory overload and very little sleep since Thursday night. So much work ahead of me and confused about where to even begin…still processing & exhausted from last wk. Still processing & exhausted from earlier in Feb. Still processing & exhausted from events in Jan. Today’s last assignment is canceled so I think it is time for food, tea, apartment cleaning & then drawing or movie to relax, then scheduling. Aim to re-organize and streamline. Seeking peace, fluidity. You can do this, beautiful brain! You are a great brain. You hold the power. <3/p>
