Marissa Alexander, woman from Florida sentenced to 20 years for shooting a warning shot towards her husband when he attempted violence against her, has been freed on bail as she was granted a retrial last month by the state, claiming the Judge's decision to exclude the "Stand Your Ground" Law as basis for her shots was considered unconstitutional! :)
