Cafe Alezon BF Homes at its Finest

This lovely restaurant overflows with creativity, emotions and passion. They said that if you put your heart and mind to your business, it will be more successful. It might be the reason why Cafe Alezon is still there waiting to serve us with great dishes and drinks. The brilliant owners named this unique-themed restaurant after their late brother who is for sure happy now as they’ve continuously grow their business. 

Cafe Alezon is the most beautiful restaurant I’ve seen at BF Homes Paranaque. Once I saw it, I can’t stop thinking about it. It was just like a gun, it triggered me to try what they have to offer aside from the looking at beautiful restaurant displays. The theme is most likely a fuse of everything from the owner’s head. In my opinion, It has both classic and modern touch with a spice of Indian decors made of new and recycled materials. 

Who wouldn’t want to visit this place? From tables to wall displays, I couldn’t blink for once because I’m amazed.

Bottles of different kinds were also one of the too many artworks of the owners that gives guests more of a comforting feel of both a bar and fine dining restaurant. 

Even the wooden table was customized by the owner. We just couldn’t help ourselves but take a lot of photos inside the vicinity. But then, everything collapsed when the foods came for us to enjoy.

The ultimately good mango cheesecake. It is soft and creamy but not to sweet. I love its twist of sour taste that I’m always looking for a cheesecake.

The Turkish Coffee. I believe this one deserves a grand introduction every time a newbie has to visit since this is truly an extraordinary offering by Cafe Alezon. Once I saw it on their menu, I didn’t think twice just to order it. 

It has a beautiful strange taste that made my tongue sipped and savored more. It is simply not a typical brewed coffee.

Look how presentable their food and drinks are. 

The one cold cucumber slush reminded me of summer with just one gulp. It definitely took away my stress! I can say it is not watery nor powdery but a legit cucumber crushed with ice and a little bit of sugar. I must recommend this for health buffs!

The refreshing basil and and my favorite cucumber slush poured into their cute mason jars with little umbrellas.

The All Meat Pizza only by Cafe Alezon. Truly immaculate with its taste and toppings! It was so rich that I can’t even stop my big mouth from telling it to my boyfriend how good it was.

The pizza is totally creamy, beefy and a little bit salty that makes it perfect. It is DIVINE. It is soft and a little bit crunchy at the same time. If I would picture myself with one bite, it is like I literally jump into a creamy but salted milky pool. No doubt it has fresh ingredients that made it more delicious.

This huge bricked-oven pizza only costs P500. I can never compare this to any pizza out there because it has a powerful taste that brought me into spell. I will definitely come back for this pizza over and over again!

A glass of Tempranillo red wine. I love its bittersweet taste that gave me a little more heat and feel of this beautiful place and ambiance. 

I am totally overwhelmed with the place, foodies and services rendered by the owners and crew. They were very accommodating that I felt they truly deserve a business like this because they know what to give their guests.

Now maybe now you know why I proclaimed that this is the most beautiful restaurant in BF Homes. 

We were also given a chance to visit their upcoming bistro and bakery that will offer the best pandesal inside the village.  

The amazing couple that gave me hours of exciting roller-coaster ride. They are none other than Mr. Venjoy Alegre and Mrs. Anna Carlos-Alegre. Their exquisite taste for dishes and interiors must have run in the family or blood. Their mix of design and recipes that never crossed my mind was very pleasing to my senses.

Coming soon! I am looking forward to visit this new place just beside Cafe Alezon. As seen here, they will be serving halo-halo aside from pandesal but the rest wasn’t disclosed yet!

If your imaginations might have bumped with their universe, I’m sure you guys will be loving their place and foodies! Their restaurant is huge enough that it can cover different kinds of parties, seminars and even simple meet-ups. They have good connection of wi-fi perfect for internet savvy like me!
