Beauty with brains is not a compliment

Am I just angry at everything? Or is calling someone beauty with brains just a deviation from the actual conversation to charm the person into believing that the complimenter is actually interested in your conversation but lets face it , there are only interested in the beauty part of it. Also it naturally assumed that someone who is conventionally a “beauty” is not intelligent. Also what is there definition of intelligence, and what is definition of beauty? Who is someone else to tell someone that they are this incredible combination of two traits that they approve of. And believe me, the day they see the brains part playing the role much more than the beauty part, they would run the other way. And I don’t mean to say it’s sexist, it’s just wrong,it makes no sense at all. While in the world of work/business one would pass this off as a comment to move on to the actual discussion, unless you want to point out how stupid it is, because everyone is beautiful and intelligent. Everyone in their own ways is both, so why is it treated as a rare combination? Is it presumed that a beautiful person can not be intelligent so when someone is like that they need to be given a tag?
