“Nothing could beat seeing my first C section— a crying baby pulled out with a gush of blood that the nurses immediately grabbed to start APGAR scoring. The mother was still not allowed to see her child as she was under surgery. We pulled out the placenta— and I thought— how could anyone deny the existence of a higher power on Earth? Its all so magical— God created an organ to nourish the child inside his mother. I felt a rush of joy. A boss female gynecologist was leading the charge and everyone was going according to her command. And it reminded me of the outspoken/ambitious/go-gretter women this world needs. And I was in awe. I am exactly where I’m supposed to be”
