🌟 for beaux and edie!

For Beaux

There was only one time that Lily could remember being even a little upset at Beaux and it was because of a misunderstanding on her part. Even from the beginning of their relationship, Lily would always poke fun at Beaux. At first it was a way of calming her budding feelings for him, but eventually it became a staple of their relationship. The first time he started teasing her back, it hit a nerve though and she honestly thought that was his opinion of her. She remembers being so upset that she didn’t talk to him for a day, but now she can’t even remember what exactly he said.

For Edie

For a brief period of time, Lily had convinced Edie to let Mikey take dance classes at the studio she taught at and because they were friends, it was completely free for them, of course. Although, it was a complete disaster and during the eventual recital he was in, Lily had to hold in her laughter, because Mikey kept waving to Edie in the front row...the whole dance.

what are the best and worst parts of your job?

The best parts are definitely getting to do something I love that doesn’t feel like work, the opportunities and cool things you get to do as a professional athlete, the fan support, and then obviously the salary doesn’t hurt. The worst are dealing with the failure that inevitably comes at certain points and the toll that this game takes on your body. Plus, the idea that you could have to pick up and move at a moment’s notice in case of a trade. For me though, the benefits will always outweigh the bad parts. This is what I love, and i’m incredibly lucky to get to do it.
