I was thinking about making focaccia today -- I roasted a couple peppers earlier -- but I forgot to buy olive oil! The only excuse I can think of for going to the grocery is giving people those cookies I got, and there's not enough for everyone there unless they were cut in half. Oh well, I should really finish a second article today (I'll probably have lots of revisions to work on later in the week, plus one separate but shorter article) anyway, so cooking can wait.

I guess I could get it at the halal store? I need to check brands preemptively though, I'm certain that whatever I got last time (there are dozens of brands big and small at any grocery here, so I tend to pick one semi-randomly) was adulterated with other oils.

I should get rid of the cookies in any case though. I ate a couple for breakfast and made myself kind of sick.
