Monocle was mostly to differentiate him, but could also be his attempt to emulate/appear more sophisticated for his neglectful father

He wears mostly black for the above reasons as well. (Corbeau colors)

He is stoic, snide, and has constant disdain for others. When the MC appears and he loses his fiance, his temper becomes hair trigger.

Hyper competent due to wanting to prove himself to his family who mostly treated him like a wild animal for wanting attention

Shinichi!Kaito a.k.a. Shinichi

It's just Shinichi lol

He does attempt to forge better relations with Kaito's family, but other than making better relationships with his adopted brother and half sister, things do not get much better. His father is neglectful and stepmother hostile, much to Shinichi's sadness.

He wears lighter colors to contrast from the game Kaito. (KID colors) Also tends to leave his coat undone

He is constantly studying magic and swordsmanship so that he can match Kaito's levels from the game. His over preparation actually makes him even MORE OP than the game Kaito.

Shinichi's Kaito/Soul Kaito

The soul that was still there when Shinichi transmigrated and witnessed Shinichi do his best to give him a better life and fell in love with him.

His hair becomes messier once he regains control from Shinichi. A way to show that he no longer cares about anyone but Shinichi's opinion

Tries to emulate Shinichi's behaviors, but he is naturally more cynical and distrustful

Clothing is looser due to his banishment and disownment after the charges of harassment and attempted murder against him (all false). The colors range from dark to light.

He does have a monocle, but it's a magic item to help focus spells in battle
