@leaveliestotheliars tagged me to list my favourite fandoms and my favourite characters so here they are.
Dragon Age: EVERY TWO COMPANION THEY ARE MY CHILDREN. Double mention to Varric. Morrigan who is wonderful and pretentious and just great, Cassandra is the love of my life, Josephine is also the love of my life, Dorian, Alistair the first husband (my first romance playthrough) and of course we cannot forget about Miss Sera. I just love the dragon age so much honestly I love them all.
DC Comics: Tim Drake, Stephanie Brown (of course), Clark Kent, Young Justice version of Bart Allen (I love every version of Bart but the Young Justice TV series version of Bart is just my fav okay), Garfield Logan (Beast Boy was the original fangirl crush honestly), Jaime Reyes, Poison Ivy (who is so under appreciated honestly), Harley Quinn, Wally West, Dick Grayson, Barbara Gordon, and of course this list would not be complete without Wonder Woman. (I love a so many DC characters honestly).
Marvel Comics: Kate Bishop (WHO IS AMAZING AND AWESOME AND I LOVE HER SO MUCH), Clint Barton, Captain America/Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, Natasha Romonov, Wanda and Pietro, Magneto, Nightcrawler, and of course Kitty Pryde.
Red vs Blue: Tucker, Wash, Donut, Agent Carolina and of course Grif and Simmons.
Avatar the Last Airbender/Legend of Korra: Sokka, Katara, Zuko, Asami Sato, Korra, Lin Beifong.
And I am tagging you @beccablob. :)
In reference to the "Japanese style tattooing as cultural appropriation" post you just replied to, would you be able to list some of the "rules" of the style that you mentioned? I haven't seen much on the topic so I'm curious.
I don’t know a whole lot about it either, but from what I’ve read there are rules about placement, how things should face, what things should be paired together, etc. Everything has a meaning basically and the background is just as important as the foreground of the tattoo. Here are 2 articles about it. The first one is a bit long but it’s a good read.1 | 2
*hugs* thanks for that :) I'm not usually scared about making radical life changes, so I don't know why this one is freaking me out... but it is.
beccablob replied to your post “have you ever had something that you really had to do, but you’re...”
Do the thing Heather, I believe in you 😘
Eeeeep please watch community it's my favourite show but it's been cancelled but still watch it because it's fantastic.
this is what I keep hearing from people! it's on my watch list now, along with every other show I've been missing for the past decade or so :P
beccablob replied to your post:I saw you reblog the did-you-kno about Canadian prisoners of WWII, and considering a lot of your blog material I figured you'd be interested to know that Canada perpetrated some of the worst war crimes against Japanese people during WWII. So while it's a cool piece of trivia, it's erasing a very large piece of Japanese-Canadian history. :)
Canada has proven to be gross as hell. We’ve basically eliminated aboriginal culture due to residential schools that would beat children for using their native tongue and not following the bible. We have a lot of skeletons in our closet.
sometimes i really wish there was SOME group of people i could believe in
sadly, i think this is the final nail in that coffin
*blush* thanks :) (and that's the abbreviated version - it's actually cuter than that)
beccablob replied to your post “in case you were curious about this boy I’ve been mentioning ...”
this is seriously the cutest love story ever. do what feels right at that moment :) just go with your gut.
I don't think Steve Rogers had a body double actually. From what I understood it was all CGI? I may be wrong.
Huh, how about that. I just looked it up, and you're right. I could have sworn I saw some "making of" thing somewhere with a body double, but I guess that was just some LSD-fueled dream.
