@beccaland: They definitely have a thing for each other. Did you miss the bit where Helen asks Liv to imagine what it would be like to meet one of her heroes (referring to how she felt about the brothers Grimm, whose work in linguistics was foundational) and Liv is like "I do that every day" and then Helen gets a bit bashful for a moment?
See! I heard that but I wasn’t sure if that was me being hopeful or imagining things! (Also, I admit, I’m a visual person so sometimes I miss out on audio cues more than when it’s visual!).
What's you favorite Doom Coalition scene? If you've listened to the Eighth Doctor Time War sets, what do you think of The Twelve? On a scale of 1-10, how excited are you for The Eighth of March?
I don’t think I can pick a fave DC scene? I have a list of faves, I could probably narrow it down to a few?
Liv and Helen’s little argument and make up in Songs of Love is a fave.
Liv refusing to give up in Ship in a Bottle is a fave.
All of Absent Friends and The Red Lady...
I haven’t listened to the Time War sets (yet) but from what I know of them/the 12 from @sonickedtrowel, I love her.
I am a 7 or 8. It would be higher, but I’m currently not focussed enough to listen to audios (have yet to be able to listen to TDORS5 or Robophobia which finally went on sale).
Real Basic Asks 17, 22, 25
17 - What do you think the show should do more of?
Crossovers between past Doctors and companions. Yes, I know there’s a lot already, but I’m a sucker for those.
22 - Do you think traveling in the TARDIS would be worth the danger?
Definitely!
25 - What are you hoping the most for in the next season?
I mean, I really wanted 13th to meet River. And Missy. And lots of people and past monsters. But I know it won’t be happening in Series 11, so… I just hope it’s good I guess fiodjfiodjfd
also I want the lgbt rep they said would be there
I just got home from work and ate dinner, and now I'm dreading going back outside to buy groceries because it's freezing out there and the store is going to be noisy and crowded and I'm tired, but also nearly out of soy milk and cereal. Ugh, why can't the Doctor just do my shopping for me and bring me my groceries in the TARDIS and then we could leave them on the counter for a "minute" while she takes me on a long vacation somewhere warm and relaxing?
Anonymously or not tell me where you are, what time it is there and what you’re thinking about ✨

You can do it! The quicker you buy your groceries, the quicker you can get back home. Plus, why not get a little treat for yourself if you can afford it to make you go out there? Like grab yourself a hot drink or your favourite snack.
Oh, I always wish we had a house elf like Dobby or as you say, a TARDIS which is my dream mode of transport. Alas, sadly we live in reality but that doesn’t mean we can’t stop dreaming these little things :)

Re: your tags, please do write that Rose meta! I feel like the fandom is so polarized over her that it affects my perception of her. I want some really good meta that doesn't treat her like some kind of saint on the one hand or just a twitterpated shop girl on the other hand.
I’m considering that since Moffat Appreciation Day will probably only include a single day from now on (without a Countdown), I could possibly add a RTD appreciation day to the schedule. I’d love to see... idk, pro Moffat fandom style meta on the RTD era? Rose meta from me might be a side-effect. But it would probably mean I’d have to re-watch series 1, 2 and a bit of series 4 and finding the time for that might be a challenge.
Rose is a challenging character when you don’t personally connect to her (Rose and I have approximately zero things in common?). But both praise and criticism tend to be... not super accurate. She’s neither a saint nor twitterpated, for one.

Hey, I'm really impressed by your self-restraint with this guy, and also with your request to just leave him alone rather than Dogpile of Shame here. Venting is important. Glad you did it here rather than escalating there. Way not to murder your Twitter follower.
Thanks.
I should really not vent either. It’s not fair to take down someone’s argument behind their back instead of engaging them directly.
But I’m tired. It takes energy to argue tactfully... and yes, ideally one should listen to the other person’s arguments, because otherwise it’s not fair to expect them to listen to yours. And I was in no mood to listen. So it’s better to agree to disagree and move on.
I’ve been on the internet(s) for decades. There are so few fandom debates one remembers even 2 years down the road. In the long run, it won’t matter.
Even knowing that, I still get my hackles up all the time because SOMEONE IS WRONG ON THE INTERNET ((TM) XKCD). And when I’m less tired, I argue.
But really... why?
More and more often, I find myself deleting rebuttals I’ve just posted because it’s not worth arguing with random strangers on the web. If you engage, you open the door to more argument, and possibly escalation. Which is... unfun.
Maybe... I should just pop open a silly iPad game and beat up some imaginary pixel monsters instead.
Or go look for more video/images/posts about the things I find fun.

It boggles my mind that ANYBODY would want a redux of how the Doctor treated Martha. That very nearly ruined series 3 for me, and it soured a significant majority of viewers on Martha. And in hindsight it soured me (and I doubt I'm alone) on Ten/Rose. It was the worst decision RTD ever made.
People haven’t flat out admitted that they wanted a repeat of series three (just like no one has admitted that they don’t like Bill just because she isn’t Clara, like how people didn’t like Martha just because she wasn’t Rose), but it was very implied and became more and more obvious it was wanted by the end of series ten. But yeah, all the constant Rose references and how Martha was treated, now that I look back at it, really soured my view of series three and how I looked at Ten/Rose. I’m glad Moffat didn’t do a repeat of series three and kept the Clara references minimal, because it made sense due to the mind wipe and the show moving on.
